Nathan started his real estate career in 2001 working with local multi-family developer Larry Peel where he got a first-hand look at the market from behind the scenes before ever selling a single home. From there his career has taken him through all aspects of the multi-family industry then naturally on to residential home sales and property management. He transitioned into commercial sales and development in the spring of 2014 where he excelled in the most complicated of all real estate environments. Nathan has had the opportunity to represent and work with Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, auto dealerships, medical practices, manufacturing/distribution companies, small business owners, breweries, investors, developers, builders, home owners associations, home sellers, home buyers, and many of your neighbors.
Nathan joined the Realty Austin family because he recognized them as leaders and innovators in an industry that has seen many changes in recent years. Nathan was lucky enough to marry his best friend in the summer of 2014 and they welcomed an amazing little boy in the summer of 2015. They enjoy going to the lake, catching a live show, hitting the local pizza joint, baseball games at the Dell Diamond, family runs/walks, and the numerous parks throughout Central Texas. As a new family, they are looking forward to exploring all of the family friendly activities the area has to offer. They go to Costco a lot. Possibly an abnormal amount.
